Risk Management

Protecting our clients' physical and financial assets is critical.  Attention to liability issues, regardless of size, can be the difference between financial success and failure.  Our risk management team develops and administers programs to minimize exposure to possible risks for our company, our associates and its managed entities.  The underlying goal is to eliminate or minimize any adverse financial impact those risks may represent to our clients.

To effectively manage all aspects of potential risk, DEI Communities' Risk Management department:

  • Reviews Client Insurance Programs
  • Selects, Negotiates and Maintains Corporate/Client Blanket Insurance Programs
  • Manages Claim and Loss Recovery Activities, Inluding Litigation
  • Maintains a Comprehensive Risk Management Manual for Site Staff
  • Provides Safety and Health Awareness Programs
  • Offers Emergency Preparedness Instruction
